Dolores Kruchten is currently President of Document Imaging, which includes document scanners and related services as well as capture software.    

Prior to her current position, Dolores was General Manager, Business Solutions and Services (BSS).  The BSS group is responsible for leading the company in the creation and implementation of services-led businesses that enable more efficiency and business growth of our customers.  These businesses include Document Imaging, Services for Business, and Unified Workflow Software.  Acquisitions in the Document Imaging and Unified Workflow space have been successful in expanding market shares and expanding the portfolio.  

Previously, Dolores was General Manager, Document Imaging Division and has been in leadership in the business for 10 years.  The DI business is a diverse business with products, service, software, and services that result in a profitable market leader.  She was General Manager, Global Services, Graphic Communications Group, where she led the integration of six independent service businesses, which resulted in the 4000 person organization driving significantly improved earnings year over year.

Dolores started her career at Kodak in 1981, and she has held leadership positions in a broad cross section of Kodak – including Site Management, Product Management, Storage Product Business, and Business Imaging Systems.  She has led global organizations that included R&D, product manufacturing, sales, service, and marketing for digital, media, and traditional products.

The majority of her career has been focused on business management, and she has received several business leadership recognitions including being selected for CRN Magazine, 2009 Top 100 Women in the Channel; as one of the 2008 Women Worth Watching by Profiles in Diversity Journal; 2006 International Business Stevie Award, Best Support Organization.

In 2007, the Board of Directors elected Dolores a corporate vice president.

She is on the Monroe Community College Foundation Board.

Dolores earned a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1987.
