Applies a wide range of wet thickness films of aqueous and solvent solutions onto continuous rolls of flexible webs using bead-coating technology. A moderate speed pilot, with multi-slot die capability, that uses as little as 250 grams solution per sample. J8 is excellent for scaling production formulas or medium-scale product manufacturing.

  • 0.1016-m on 0.1254-m support (4 on 4-15/16 inch)
  • 89-200 micron web thickness
  • 50 to 150 micron fluid coverage
