• The Quad Feeder handles virtually any hard-copy original in the most productive way possible. Modes include recirculating, for quick, collated, finished sets; automatic, for collated sets from delicate originals; semi-automatic, for stream-feeding odd-size originals; and continuous forms feeding,* for duplicating unburst computer printouts at 110 pages per minute. New technology and design eliminate adjustments, making feeding simple and productive.
• Regular users can save time and increase accuracy by preprogramming up to 60 jobs. Next-job programming permits the user or the next person in line to set up almost all input parameters for the next job while the equipment is running. Set- up time for many job types is virtually eliminated.
• Create your most sophisticated documents simply and accurately with Key Sheet originals (see photo, upper right). Bar-code scanner technology allows your people to preprogram copy jobs at their desks, which minimizes mistakes and eliminates wasted copies.

• Equip the 2110 Duplicator with the industrys fastest Continuous Forms Feeder,* Sorter,* and Finisher,* and create economical first-generation copies of your computer printouts on the first pass, without stopping for a makeready set. You get the convenience of a hideaway design, the control of graphic display monitoring, and the versatility of line feed and form feed, both forward and reverse, to quickly locate selected forms from within a stack.
• Add a Finisher or any of several Sorter/Finisher combinations to meet your departments requirements. The 2100 Duplicators finishing options provide vesatile output that can condense the entire production cycle with basic and advanced finishing capabilities, including jogging, stapling, and stacking of copies and sets, straight or offset.
• Employees can save time because the Finisher is capable of producing several different customized jobs simultaneously. For example, it can duplicate ten copies of five separate jobs, while also collating and stapling each for distribution.
• Users will appreciate how the Finisher collates and staples on-line at full imaging speed - all from the control panel. This allows customized finishing of documents with staples in the upper left corner, lower left corner, or in book form, depending upon the page set-up desired.
• The versatile collation power of sorter bins allows you to quickly copy and collate fragile or bound originals that cant be fed in a recirculating document feeder, and get first-generation quality.

VHQ is the technology behind the unparalleled reproduction of photos that the 2110 Duplicator provides. VHQ applies a 133-line photo screen for high resolution. Prescreening and preparation time for makeready originals is eliminated. You can apply the screen to an entire page, or use the Document Editor* to screen only selected areas, so images are sharp and text is crisp and clear. The individual user can optimize quality and custom control the process from start to finish.

Award-winning Small Particle Development (SPD) means superior image quality and intensity, retention of fine detail, and uniform reproduction of large gray or black areas. With SPD, halftones, solids, and line art are duplicated with near-offset quality.

Use the on-line AccentColor* accessory in countless creative ways. Or use full-page color - red, yellow, blue, green, or brown - to command attention, differentiate documents and audiences, or just to stay organized.

With the Document Editor,* use color to highlight, emphasize, or enhance specific areas on a document. Or on specific documents within a set.

Another capability of the Document Editors editing pen is selective erasure. Use this feature to eliminate time-consuming cleanup, whiting out, taping, or document repair. Get rid of smudges, notes in the margins, even staple holes, with a flick of the pen. And, more critically, use selective erasure to better manage confidential data on certain copies for distribution. Theres no more need for hand stamping each page or each document.

For applications that incorporate photographs or continuous-tone artwork, you can apply a VHQ photo screen to those areas selectively, without affecting text or graphics.

Now they can. With the KODAK 2110 Duplicator and Variable Input Electronic Writer (VIEW).* This feature gives users the added power to merge digital information electronically with optical copies.

With the VIEW Mail Merge advantage, documents reach their readers faster. You can maintain confidentiality. Download address files and print them automatically on documents, eliminating hand labeling. And get an addressed, distribution- ready package in one step.

Then theres the digital stamp capability, which gives you numeric or alphanumeric pagination at 110 pages per minute, and lets you print customized notes. Plus, you can use VIEWs time/date annotations to track the age, life, and urgency of documents. Theres even full-page printing capability from large ASCII-formatted documents. Large documents can be printed directly from disk at full speed.
