Your calls are now answered by real people who can establish entitlement and quickly direct your call to technical assistance. And, we've doubled the number of technical specialists. These highly proficient individuals are well versed in both photographic and computer issues.

The result is a significant decrease in wait times.

More Service Options
You asked for more service and payment options. And a loaner camera for those critical workflows. And flexible camera body repairs. And we heard you.

Kodak Professionalannounces tiered service and support options geared toward the way you work and use your equipment.

A service portfolio for the way you work

When you need help, when you need answers, when you need to know what's going on, Kodak Professionalis there.
Gold Coverage
Newsvides service and support for mission-critical workflows where tolerance of downtime is near zero. With this plan, customers budget a fixed amount each year for priority service and support. Gold Coverage includes expert technical telephone support and, if camera service is required through a Kodak Service Center, the cost of service parts and repair labor.

And you have access to the loaner pool throughout the warranty period and for any contracted post-warranty period!

Repair services are provided on the highest priority basis, sometimes in as little as 24 hours from when we receive the camera.

Silver Coverage
This service and support is for customers with critical workflows. Like gold, customers budget a fixed amount each year for service and support. Telephone technical support is included in the yearly fee, and, if camera service is required through a Kodak Service Center, the costs of service parts and repair labor are covered. You get priority repair service with this coverage.

Bronze Coverage
Newsvides service and support for noncritical workflows. This plan lets you purchase service and support only when you want or need it. Telephone technical support is available for a flat per-incident fee. Repair services are available on a time-and-materials basis. We will quote a repair price for service provided on a per-incident basis, but repairs will be completed only if you approve the quote. Camera body repairs are provided by a whole-unit swap, for fast turnaround, or by component repair through an OEM-authorized service center for a more cost-effective option.

Whichever plan you choose, you get access to unsurpassed digital imaging knowledge and expertise from people who share your passion and excitement for professional digital photography.
