Gravure Coating

Direct and offset gravure coating capability is available at both small and intermediate scales.

Small-scale capability can create rolls of coated material at 6" width on paper or plastic webs. This process uses as little as 300 g of solution. A variety of gravure cylinders are available to get you the coverage that you desire.

Intermediate-scale capability can create rolls of coated material at widths up to 16" on paper or plastic webs. This process typically requires a minimum solution volume of 5 gallons. A variety of gravure cylinders are available to get you the coverage that you desire.

Slot Die Coating

Slot die coating capability is also available at both small and intermediate scale.

Small-scale capability can create rolls of coated material at 4" to 9.5" widths on paper, plastic, or metal webs. This process uses as little as 300 g of solution. Metered delivery systems allow you the freedom to select whatever coverage you desire.

Intermediate-scale capability can create rolls of coated material at widths up to 16" on paper or plastic webs. This process typically requires a minimum solution volume of 5 gallons. Metered delivery systems let you select whatever coverage you desire.

Meyer Rod and Blade Coating

Meyer rod and blade coating capability is available at intermediate scale with a 16" coating width. This process typically requires higher speeds and solution quantities of 50 gallons or more.

Spray Coating

High pressure spray nozzles can be arrayed in variety of configurations to  spray coat a moving web. The delivery method includes the capability to use supercritical CO2 as the carrier medium.
