Included in this v3.0.2 download for Windows Systems are the Acquire Module setup.exe and all the supporting files.

To install this v3.0.2 file, follow these steps:
  1. Create a folder on your C drive called "pcdacq"
  2. Download dd0468.exe and save it into the new folder "pcdacq"
  3. From WINDOWS, open the new folder "pcdacq" and double-click on dd0468.exe (The archive will self-extract into the "pcdacq" folder)
  4. Locate the file setup.exe and double-click on it
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the installation
Note: Within the extracted file you will see a file called acquire.pdf, you will need ADOBE Acrobat Reader Software to view this file.

Included within the v3.0.1 MACINTOSH bin-hexed, self-extracting archive file is a read-me file and an installer. Included within the v3.0.1 WINDOWS zipped exe archive are the Acquire Module setup.exe and all the supporting files.

To install the v3.01 WINDOWS file, follow these steps:

Included within this v2.2 bin-hexed, self-extracting archive file is a set of look-up tables (LUTs) for optimized image acquisition. To install you must be operating under System 6.0.7 or later and using PHOTOSHOP software version 2.0.1 or later.

Included in this v1.0 zipped exe archive are the Acquire Module (consists of one file: ACQUI_CD.8BA), a directory tree (KODAK\PCDLUTS) that contains ten Monitor and Portfolio look-up-table files, a README file, and various executable (.exe), and other files related to the automatic installation program.

This includes the "setup" program which is executed by the user to install the Acquire Module.

To successfully extract this file (after having downloaded)

  1. go to the DOS prompt,
  2. change directory to the location of the file
  3. type the following: dd0123.exe -d
Note: The -d must be there in order to preserve sub-directories in the compressed archive. See the README file for remaining install instructions.
