As the general manager of KMS, Tim is responsible for managing a direct team as well as partners throughout Latin America and Asia.

He has been general manager since October 2014 and has worked for Kodak since 1998. Tim began his Kodak career researching and delivering digital imaging technologies before transitioning to the marketing and operational roles for these and similar Kodak products and services.

Tim has spent most of his career in the hardware and software services industry and has global experience with managing and implementing new services. Previously, he spent 16 years at Agfa in global services, manufacturing and marketing roles.

He holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Boston University.

Francisco is Latin America Region North Cone Director responsible for business strategy, key initiatives and profitability. He has more than 15 years experience working with government agencies.

Francisco previously worked as a Finance Director and Service Director. He earned a degree in public accounting from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente.

Francisco enjoys jogging, golfing and spending time with his family.

Juan has been a Delivery and Sales Engineering Manager at Kodak for since 2005. He works closely with the sales team to design the optimal solution to meet detailed customer requirements. He leverages his skills and those of his team to ensure projects are delivered according to agreed specifications, on time and within budget.

Juan has experience in IT infrastructure administration, document imaging, scanning and capture software, document and content management software and document scanning solutions and services. He graduated with a computer engineering degree from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara and holds his CDIA+ and ECM Practitioner certifications.

In his free time, Juan enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Carmen has been a Kodak Business Consultant since 2015. She brings deep industry experience in federal government budgeting, public programs cost effectiveness analysis and administration of federal funds, as well as experience in the design of metrics and goals for ministries, program design through logical framework methodology and Mexican normativity and regulatory compliance.

She holds a MBA in Public Accounting from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México ITAM from which she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Carmen is ISO 9000-2001 certified.

Carmen enjoys traveling, museums and spending time with her husband and three children.

Cynthia has been a KMS Business Consultant since January 2016. She joined Kodak in 2012 in a business development role. She has since served as a Senior Consultant, Solutions Architect and Team Leader. During this time she supported database management projects and ERP and CRM implementations.

Cynthia earned a Master’s Degree in Business Management of Information and Technology Companies from Universidad La Salle. She earned an award from the IEEE as Team Leader in Database projects (Regional Level). She is also a certified ECM Practitioner and is ISO/IEC 20000 certified.

Cynthia volunteers in centers that support abused or disabled children and young adults. She loves traveling, exercise, dancing and spending time with her husband and son.

Esteban started his career with Kodak more than 30 years ago and has been with KMS since 2013. As LAC Cluster Director responsible for business strategy, key initiatives and profitability, he develops new business in government and private sectors and supports the sales team’s efforts to develop client solutions that meet their specifications and budgets.

Esteban led Kodak’s team for the National Padrones Electorales Project during 2013 & 2015, which received together with his team for the Project Management Institute’s Award for Project Excellence in 2014. He has a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering Technology and trained in specifics imaging technologies for document capture.

Esteban also has been a ham amateur radio since 1972. He enjoys electronics, photography and spending time with family.

Agustin has been Kodak’s Director of Business Development LAC since 2013 and has been at Kodak since 2007, previously serving as the Financial Planning Manager, Strategic Accounts Manager and Commercial Manager for InterLAR South.

His responsibilities as FP&A Manager included providing analytical decision support and performance analysis, accurately forecasting and reporting business results and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX requirements.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, as well as a degree in Management Development from Catholic University of Argentina and a degree in Project Management from University of CEMA Argentina.

In his free time Agustin enjoys soccer, tennis, sailing and spending time with his wife and three children.

Roberto has worked for Kodak since 1981 and has held his current position as Solution Architect since 2012. His role includes development and implementation of archival science, document management, content management, scanning and microfilm projects.

Roberto has extensive experience in archival science, microfilming and digitization, and participated in the design of microfilming and digitization centers in Argentina, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Colombia and Panama. He has certifications at the technical levels of many microfilming equipment brands, such as Kodak, Bell & Howell, Fujitsu, Kontex, Plasmont, Avision, NextScan, Minolta, Pannini, Cannon, and others. He is also trained and certified in several software brands, including Read Soft, Microsoft, Vivatia, Alfresco, Kofax and others. Roberto is certified in CDIA+ and has trained in Content Management, certified with the AIIM.

He is a proud member of Scouts de Argentina and enjoys boating in his free time.
