All contractors, contractor labor, tenants, and site service providers who have a business need to access
Kodak Rochester sites unescorted, must have a Kodak Representative submit a Contractor Badge request, and
successfully complete a General Site HSE Orientation. This orientation will inform the participant of Kodak's
HSE policies, rules, and expectations while working at the Rochester site. This General Site HSE Orientation is
valid for 2 years, and must be renewed after that time.
The Contractor is responsible to ensure its employees and its subcontractors have received all HSE training and
medical evaluations required by federal, state and local regulations.
Skilled trade persons and skilled trades supervisors must have completed the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA)
10 hour Construction Safety outreach course.
In addition to the General Site HSE Orientation, Contractors may be required to attend a building or project specific orientation and the Kodak Representative will provide details. A list of the buildings requiring specific orientation is provided for reference. Work with your Kodak Representative to determine needed receipt of required orientation.
The orientation is available in 2 formats: On-Site Instructor Led and On-Line Web based.
On-Site Instructor Led. On-Site Instructor Led orientation is available at Eastman Business Park, Building 28, Wednesday morning in the Camera Club Theater at 7 AM. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry.
On-Line Web Based: Training is available 7x24. Participants are required to complete the orientation, and assessment. Web Based training is available 7x24. Participants are required to complete the orientation, and assessment. A certificate of completion will be generated. New badge requestors will need to present this completion certificate along with valid government issued photo identification to the Lobby Security Officer located in building 28 in person. Those who are requesting a renewal may appear in person or email their certificate of completion to the pass fabrication office.
