Jeff was showing off his talking birthday card, and the flash made some nasty reflections on his glasses. I opened a picture of his sister and used her eyes instead, again using the clone tool to carefully copy the eyes into the picture over the top of the bright reflections. More work with the clone tool took care of the card.

Then it was on to the standard -- select Jeff as the subject, copy him into a new layer, and then blur the background.
