My camera's flash "froze" the action of this woman tossing an ax. I created
the feeling of speed and action using the Motion Blur filter in Adobe
Photoshop. You can create a similar effect by using a slow shutter speed and
a flash. A flash with "rear curtain sync" works best for this effect.
