This stunning restaurant at the top of the new addition to the Peninsula Hotel was designed by world renowned French architect Philippe Starck, and is commonly accepted to have the hands down, best view in all of Hong Kong. There is some debate as to whether the men's pissoirs or the ladies' vanity mirrors offer the best vantage point, but considering they are both perched on the 28th floor and stand in front of sheer glass walls overlooking the city, the argument is mostly academic.
