Employee Development Programs
Each employee at Kodak works with his or her supervisor jointly to develop a customized Employee Development Plan (EDP). EDPs will help you meet personal goals-as well as Kodak's dynamic business needs-through mentoring, special projects and self-study initiatives. EDPs are updated quarterly to enable continual growth and success.
