Eastman Kodak Shares Program
The Eastman Kodak Shares Program is designed to give investors a way to systematically and affordably build their ownership interest in the Company. This Program provides a means of regular dividend reinvestment and includes a voluntary investment option, as well as an automatic monthly investment option, for purchases of additional shares up to $120,000 per year.
