Kodak Theatre is a state-of-the-art live entertainment facility which will be the new home of the Academy Awards®. Located in the heart of the exciting new Hollywood & Highland entertainment complex, Kodak Theatre was designed by prominent architect, David Rockwell. The 136,000-square-foot theatre will be the only one of its kind featuring a unique "media cockpit" to optimize audiovisual recordings and live broadcasts.

With five levels and 24 private opera boxes, the theatre seats up to 3,585 people. And about 225 feet from the stage to the press room is
Winners Walk — the path the Academy Awards® winners will take as they make their way to
the eagerly awaiting press.

While Kodak is the sponsor of the theatre, it does not own the facility. Kodak Theatre is operated by Anschutz Entertainment Group, which will present more than 100 events beyond the Academy Awards®, including
Broadway musicals, ballets, concerts, plays, original programming and other live presentations.
