Quality imaging and high performance are built into every KODAK PROFESSIONAL Thermal Printer. KODAK Service and Support can help maintain that quality and performance to give you years of reliable performance.

Standard Warranty
Kodak stands behind the quality built into KODAK PROFESSIONAL Thermal Printers and backs it with a Mail-In Warranty for 1 full year. See your User's Guide for complete warranty information. During the warranty period Kodak provides you with telephone support to help you get the most from your investment as well as mail-in repair service if required.

On-Site Warranty Upgrade
Business needs vary. If your applications are critical, you may want to have your Color Printer in your possession at all times. So we give you the option of upgrading your warranty to On-Site Service for 1 year. This covers labor, repair parts, and telephone support.

Time and Material Service
You can purchase telephone support and repair service on a time and material basis. Telephone support will be billed to your credit card at a flat rate per call. Mail-in repair is available should you need it. The cost of repair will be quoted for parts and adjustments after your printer is analyzed at the Kodak Repair Center.

Service Agreement Options
You can avoid time and material expenses by purchasing a KODAK Service Agreement. Choose either On-Site Service or Mail-In Service, depending on the criticality of your printer. Both options are available for 1 or 2 years.

  • On-Site Service Agreement
    When you can't afford the time to send your printer in for repair, you can't afford not to have an On-Site Service Agreement. This agreement covers service, repair parts, and telephone support for 1 or 2 years. A Kodak field engineer will service your printer on-site so that you do not need to send your printer in. And梱ou can count on us to be there the next business day in most metropolitan areas.
  • Mail-In Service Agreement
    Cost-effective, quality service. Mail your printer to us and we will repair and return it to you within 5 business days after we receive it. Labor, repair parts, telephone support and return shipment from Kodak are covered. Purchase this agreement for 1 or 2 years.
