"We're building a house right now and we're using the DC260 to document
the construction. My wife loves to print out the pictures and give
them to family and friends." Neverman uses a CANON UGC 7000 Color
Printer and KODAK
Inkjet Paper to create 8x10-inch prints of his pictures. "When
people pick them up and see the name Kodak printed on the back, they
just assume it's standard photographic paper. They can't tell the
difference between traditional photographs and our digital prints."
Neverman and his wife also do a lot of traveling. On a recent trip
to Hawaii, they took about 1,500, but saved only 500 of their best
shots. "That's what I love about digital photography. You can instantly
review your pictures and decide which you want to keep," he explained,
adding that he doesn't miss having to lug around boxes and boxes of
film.
Neverman had his DC120
for about a year and a half and took over 8,000 images. In just six
months, he's already taken 3,000 pictures with his DC260 Camera. "I
love this camera. I've played around with Nikon and Olympus digital
cameras, but I prefer the quality of the DC260 images. I also like
the fact that the firmware is upgradeable," he said. "That's a big
plus for me."
