Director, Print Operations

Mike Webster serves as Kodak’s Director of Print Operations. In this role, Mike’s responsibilities include worldwide planning and production of all plates and plate chemistry, which includes working with our worldwide suppliers and partners to ensure seamless supply chain execution. Mike’s team is responsible for continually optimizing our operations to maximize efficiency and meet the goals of both Kodak and our customers. Mike reports to Executive Chairman and CEO Jim Continenza.

Mike is a proven leader of change and brings over 20 years of successful executive sales and process planning experience. Mike’s most recent position was at Vivial as Vice President of Client Services, where he had a successful track record of developing high-performing teams.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Dayton.
